A panel discussion titled “How to tackle marital problems” was held on April 18th, 2024, organised by the Section for dialogue in the public sphere of the AEM Missionary Department, in collaboration with the Saint Alexander Nevsky Church.
Before a large interested audience, the answers to the questions: ( “How do passions affect marital life and how does overcoming them bring peace and love? Pride as a marriage wrecker, and humility as a marriage upholder. How does one’s spiritual condition affect the choice of a partner? How does one’s personal relationship with God influence the state of a marital relationship?) and many others, were given by:
- Hieromonk Makarije, the abbot of the Savina Monastery;
- Associate Professor Dr. Danilo Mihajlovic, a theologian and a psychotherapist;
- Deacon Dr. Aleksandar Milojkov, a coordinator of the Section for dialogue in the public sphere of the AEM Missionary Department;
- Dejan Ristic, from the Holy Monastery Hilandar Foundation, and
- Father Slavko Papic, a priest.
