On Thursday, 19 June 2025, at the Old Assembly Hall in Kragujevac, a lecture was held on the topic: “Do Not Be Led Astray by Various Strange Teachings” (Hebrews 13:9). The event was organised by the Diocese of Šumadija and the City of Kragujevac, on the occasion of the feast of the Old Church and as part of the Holy Trinity Spiritual Festivities.
Before a large audience in the fully packed hall, the speakers—Presbyter Dr Oliver Subotić, Head of the Missionary Department of the Archdiocese of Belgrade and Karlovci, and Mr Zoran Luković, Coordinator of the Section for Apologetic Mission of the same Missionary Department—addressed the challenges of the contemporary age, reflected in the emergence of various false teachings, sects, and spiritual delusions.
