A lecture intended for the parents of pupils at Stevan Sindjelić Primary School was held on Wednesday, 3 December 2025.
The lecture was divided into two thematic parts:
- “The Most Common Mistakes in Raising Children”
- “Sectarian and Manipulative Activities – What One Should Know in Order to Recognize Them?”
The speakers were:
• Vlajko Panović, Specialist in Medical Psychology and founder of the Parenting School concept in Serbia
• Zoran Luković, international expert in monitoring sectarian and manipulative activities and Coordinator of the Section for Apologetic Mission of the Missionary Department of the Archdiocese of Belgrade–Karlovci (AEM)
The lecture unfolded in a dynamic and interactive atmosphere lasting more than two hours, with active participation from parents through numerous questions and comments. Through their professional approach and direct communication, the speakers offered effective advice, shared experiences, and provided practical solutions for the challenges of contemporary parenting.
In conversations following the formal part of the event, participants emphasized that the gathering was highly beneficial and that they had received valuable answers and guidelines. They particularly noted the importance of being able, when needed, to directly contact the Counselling Service of the Apologetic Section, which operates within the Missionary Department.
This lecture represents yet another step in the ongoing collaboration between the Apologetic Section of the Missionary Department of the Archdiocese of Belgrade–Karlovci and the Committee for Religious Education, with the aim of supporting parents and pupils in primary schools on the territory of Belgrade.
