Since the launch of the “Kinonia” missionary portal on September 14, 2024, as the first official project of the Section for Electronic Mission within the Missionary Department of the Archdiocese of Belgrade-Karlovci, numerous media outlets associated with the Serbian Orthodox Church have reported on this significant missionary platform. In addition to official online pages, the portal’s initial steps have been featured on special programmes on church radio stations and the only television channel within the Serbian Orthodox Church.
We express our gratitude to all media contributors for their collaboration, hoping for their increased involvement in the days to come, with the aim of advancing our missionary efforts as a form of spreading the Word of God. Below is an overview of programmes dedicated to the “Kinonia” missionary portal:

  1. Radio station “Slovo Ljubve” Morning programme:
    On Monday, September 16, 2024, catechist Branislav Ilić, editor of the newly-established “Kinonia” portal, which is part of the Missionary Department of the Archbishopric of Belgrade-Karlovci, was a guest on the Morning programme of the Radio station “Slovo Ljubve”. During the discussion with the journalists, Bojana Jovanović and Neška Rančić, Branislav spoke about the importance of the portal’s missionary initiative, emphasising its appeal to a real communion with the Lord and all the saints.   2. Radio station “Glas”, programme “Pirg”:
    On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, Radio station “Glas” of the Diocese of Niš featured the newly-established “Kinonia” portal on its “Pirg” programme , the first official missionary project of the Electronic Mission Section within the Missionary Department of the Archdiocese of Belgrade-Karlovci, which acts with the blessing of His Holiness, the Serbian Patriarch Porfirije.   3. Hram Television: the “Kinonia” portal addresses contemporary missionary needs
    On Friday, September 20, 2024, the newly-founded “Kinonia” portal was featured on the Morning programme of Hram Television. The guest speaker of the programme, hosted by Milanka Tešović, was the portal’s editor and the permanent expert associate of the Archbishopric’s Missionary Department, catechist Branislav Ilić.   4. Radio station-Beseda: “Kinonia” portal is the new beacon of church mission
    On the same day, September 20, 2024, catechist Branislav Ilić appeared on the Morning programme of the Diocese of Bačka Radio station “Beseda”, interviewed by its journalist, Nada Vižlina Radeljić, during which the significance of the Missionary Department and its five sections was discussed.   5. Radio station of the Diocese of Šumadija, “Zlatousti”, on the “Kinonia” portal
    On Friday, September 20, 2024, the “Kinonia” portal was featured on the “Gostoprimnica” programme on the Radio station “Zlatousti” of the Diocese of Šumadija, hosted by its journalist Ana Brzaković. The guest speaker was catechist Branislav Ilić, the portal’s editor. Listen here.
  6. Radio station “Istočnik”: “Kinonia” portal’s mission is a worthy cause
    On Thursday, September 26, 2024, Radio station of the Diocese of Valjevo, “Istočnik”, presented a special programme with a guest speaker, catechist Branislav Ilić, the “Kinonia” portal editor and a permanent associate expert of the Archbishopric’s Missionary Department.     On the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, September 27, 2024, catechist Branislav Ilić, the editor of the newly-founded missionary portal “Kinonia” was the guest of the Radio station “Svetigora” of the Metropolitanate of Montenegro and the Littoral. Protopresbyter-Staurophorus Vajo Jović

Protopresbyter-Staurophorus Vajo Jović was born in 1956 in Ugljevik, Srpska.

Priest in Zagreb and Secretary of the Diocesan Board of the Metropolis of Zagreb and Ljubljana since 1979.
From Zagreb, he served the missionary parish in Maribor.
Parish priest at the Church of St. Alexander Nevsky in Belgrade since 1991.
Since 2000, Elder of the same church and Director of the Orthodox Missionary School until his retirement in 2023.

Forty-two years of priestly service are characterized by intensive missionary work.

Recipient of the Order of St. Sava, third degree.

Protopresbyter-Staurophor Radivoj Panić

Protopresbyter-Staurophor Radivoj Panić is the coordinator of the Parish Mission Department of the Missionary Department of the Archbishopric of Belgrade-Karlovci. He was born on April 1, 1961 in Novi Sad. He completed the seminary in Sremski Karlovci in 1981.

From 1986 to 1991, he was engaged as a librarian at the Orthodox Theological Faculty in Belgrade.

He was ordained to the priesthood in 1992. He began his pastoral ministry as a parish priest in Kosova Polje, where he served from 1992 to 2001. After that, from 2001 to 2009, he was the parish priest at the Church of St. Alexander Nevsky, and since 2009 he has served as the parish priest at the Church of St. Sava. He completed his theological studies in 2008, at a time when he was already serving as a parish priest.

He is particularly involved in organizing pilgrimages to Kosovo and Metohija, as well as in humanitarian work. He collaborates with the organization “Our Serbs” from Chicago, through which he actively participates in providing assistance to the Serbian people in Serbia and Kosovo and Metohija, as well as in supporting domestic organizations operating in these areas.

Father Radivoj Panić is considered one of the most respected priests of the Archbishopric of Belgrade and Karlovac.
